DIRECTIONS – Rinse Elite Shungite and Shungite Shards under running water and place them into a jug or bottle. Fill the container with water and allow it to soak, ideally for three days ( minimum is 24 hours ) before consuming. Drink up to 2-3 glasses of water every day, replacing water as necessary.
